1. ስለ አእምሮ ጤና ምን ታስባላችሁ? (የግል ምልከታችሁን) 💭🤔


2. የምታውቋቸው የአእምሮ ጤና ህመም አይነቶች እንዲሁም መንስኤዎችን አጋሩን🧠💔

3. ለአዕምሮ ጤና እንደ ማህበረሰብ የሰጠነው ትርጓሜ ፣ ያለን አመለካከት እና ለችግሩ ስለሰጠነው መፍትሔ እንዴት ይታያል? 🌍🧩

4. እንደ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ተማሪ  እንደ ጭንቀት ፣ ድብርት፣ ሱስ ፣ራስን ማጥፋት ፣ ብቸኝነት ፣የአእምሮ ቁስለት ፣ ፍርሀት...ወዘተ ያሉ የአዕምሮ ጤና እክሎችን እንዴት እንመለከታቸዋለን ?እንዲሁም በትምህርታችን የሚያሳድሩት ተፅእኖ እንዴት ይታያል ?📚😟


5. በዩኒቨርሲቲ ቆይታችን ከአይምሮ ጤና ጋር ለተያያዙ ችግሮች ለራሳችንም ሆነ ለሌሎች የምንመክረው የቅድመ ጥንቃቄ እና የመፍትሄ ሀሳብ  ካለ?
(በዚህ ችግር ዙሪያ የረዳችሁ ሰው ካለ ወይም በዚህ ችግር የተያዙ ሰዎችን የሚረዳ ሰው ካለ መናገር ይቻላል።) 🤝🗣️
