【向暴力說不 • 連儂牆篇】

過去數月，全港不同的公眾地方出現了很多市民自設，俗稱「連儂牆」的地方。而很多時候市民會因意見不合而在「連儂牆」附近發生暴力事件，警方至今共拘捕89人。

就著「連儂牆」的標貼，警方會定期與其他政府部門進行清理行動。警方呼籲市民要以和平理性的方式表達意見，切勿訴諸暴力。

The so-called Lennon Walls have been set up by members of the public in various public places in Hong Kong over the past months. Differences in views have given rise to violent incidents and as a result, 89 people have been arrested so far.

Regarding the Lennon Walls, the Police regularly mount joint clearance operations with other government departments. Members of the public are advised to express their views in a peaceful and rational manner. Say NO to violence.

【🧨 危險！重罰！切勿以身試法製造炸彈！】

警方留意到近日有網上貼文教人製造爆炸裝置。其實製造同引爆炸彈均屬非常嚴重罪行，而且亦可能對自己及公眾造成極大身體傷害，甚至死亡。所謂爆炸魔法實際上是嚴重違法行為，害人害己。

警方呼籲市民切勿以身試法！如果在公眾地方發現有任何可疑物品，切勿接觸，應盡快報警向警方求助。

The Police received a report that two students unlawfully possessed TATP and after enquiries, arrested them for “Possession of Explosives”. How dangerous is TATP? This infographic says it all.

就今日 (2019-12-08) 下午在港島區進行的公眾遊行，警方已發出不反對通知書。參與活動人士請遵守不反對通知書上列明的條件，以和平理性的方式表達意見。

另外，警方留意到有人在網上煽動他人作出破壞社會秩序及暴力的行為。警方強烈譴責有關言論，並呼籲市民注意自身安全，一旦遇到任何混亂、違法或暴力事件，請立即離開現場，前往安全地方暫避。如有緊急情況，請致電999向警方求助。

Regarding the public procession to be held on Hong Kong Island this afternoon (2019-12-08), the Police have issued the Letter of No Objection. Participants are advised to follow the conditions imposed in the Letter of No Objection and to express their views in a peaceful and rational manner.

The Police are aware of online comments inciting violence and breaches of the peace, and strongly condemn such irresponsible remarks. If you come across any chaotic, illegal or violent incident, please leave the scene immediately and stay in safe places. Please mind your personal safety and in case of emergency, dial 999 to seek Police assistance.

Members of the public are advised to stay tuned to Police announcements and updates on social media.

警方收到消息指一批曾參與非法集結的人士計劃在今日 (2019-12-08) 使用武器襲擊警務人員，製造混亂。警方於今晨採取行動，共拘捕8男3女，罪名為「 無牌藏有槍械」、「管有危險品」、「管有違禁武器」及 「非法集結」。有組織罪案及三合會調查科高級警司李桂華、警司楊耀宗及總督察劉雲達現向傳媒作出簡報。

The Police received information which suggested that someone, who had participated in an unlawful assembly before, is planning to attack the Police with weapons today (2019-12-08). Police therefore mounted an operation this morning and arrested 8 males and 3 females for "Possession of Firearm without Licence", “Possession of Dangerous Goods”, “Possession of Prohibited Weapons” and "Unlawful Assembly". Senior Superintendent LI Kwai-wah, Superintendent YEUNG Yiu-chung and Chief Inspector LAU Wan-tat of Organized Crime and Triad Bureau are giving a briefing to the media.

【警方呼籲遊行人士留意自身安全】

警方於今晨採取行動，搗破一個激進團伙，搜獲大批武器，當中包括槍械及過百發子彈。行動共拘捕8男3女，罪名包括「 無牌藏有槍械」、「管有危險品」、「管有違禁武器」及 「非法集結」。有情報顯示，激進分子計劃於遊行時用槍械襲擊或嫁禍警務人員，傷及無辜市民。

警方現正呼籲，遊行人士以和平方式進行示威，並留意自身安全，如發現可疑物品，應立即離開，在安全地方暫避，並通知在場糾察或報警。

警方亦呼籲主辦機構以公眾安全為本，與警方保持緊密聯絡，配合警方按現場情況作出適當安排。

This morning, Police mounted an operation and arrested 8 males and 3 females for "Possession of Firearm without Licence", “Possession of Dangerous Goods”, “Possession of Prohibited Weapons” and "Unlawful Assembly". A large amount of weapons, including one firearm and over a hundred bullets were seized. Intelligence suggested that the gang planned to use the weapons during the public procession today and to frame the Police.

Police appeal to all participants to protest in a peaceful manner and mind their personal safety. If any suspicious item is found, please leave the scene and stay in safe places, inform the marshals at scene or call the Police immediately.

In the interest of public safety, Police remind the organiser to keep close contact with Police so that timely arrangement can be made if necessary.

【警方呼籲遊行人士到達終點後儘快離開及不要作出違法行為】

今日於港島區舉行的遊行活動，遊行路線從維園出發，終點為中環遮打道行人專用區。遊行後並沒有經批准的集會在該處舉行。

有部分遊行人士偏離遊行路線，佔用部分告士打道及德輔道中行車線，警方提醒遊行人士不要偏離遊行路線，到達終點後要儘快離開，不要堵路。若不跟從警方指示，警方會採取相應行動。

另外有暴力示威者在銅鑼灣及灣仔一帶破壞商店及銀行，警方警告他們不要作出違法行為擾亂公眾秩序及危害公眾安全。

警方亦呼籲駕駛人士留意最新交通情況。

A public event is underway on Hong Kong Island, the public meeting is held in Victoria Park, followed by a public procession expected to finish at Chater Road. There is no authorised public meeting to be held at the finishing point.

Some participants deviated from the approved route and occupied part of Gloucester Road and Des Voeux Road Central. The Police appeal to all participants not to deviate from the approved route and remind them to disperse after the procession. Should the protestors neglect Police’s instruction, necessary action will be taken.

A group of violent protestors also vandalised shops and a bank in Causeway Bay and Wan Chai area, the Police warn them not to do any illegal acts posing threat to public order and endangering public safety.

Drivers are reminded to stay tuned to the latest traffic arrangements.

【警方呼籲示威者到達遊行終點後儘快離開及停止違法行為】

警方多次呼籲示威者到達遊行終點後經畢打街方向儘快離開，但仍有大量示威者於砵甸乍街及德輔道中堵路，他們正參與一個非法集結，當中更有人手持武器。警方警告他們立即停止違法行為，在場圍觀的市民亦應儘快離開，否則警方會使用最低相應武力驅散及拘捕。

The Police have repeatedly reminded participants to disperse after the procession at the finishing point via Pedder Street direction. However, a large group of protestors are still occupying Pottinger Street and Des Voeux Road Central, they are participating in an unlawful assembly. Some of them are even holding weapons in hands. The Police once again warn them to stop all illegal acts and appeal to bystanders to leave immediately. The Police will use the minimum necessary force to effect dispersal and arrest.

【暴徒於高等法院及終審法院外縱火】

傍晚時份，有暴徒於高等法院外塗污外牆；並向高等法院和終審法院門外投擲汽油彈及縱火，破壞政府公物，嚴重挑戰香港的法治精神。

警方呼籲示威者和平理性地表達訴求，警告暴徒停止一切違法行為。

案件暫列作「縱火」，並交由中區警區刑事調查隊跟進。

[Rioters set fire outside the High Court and the Court of Final Appeal]

In the evening, rioters spray-painted the exterior walls of the High Court; and threw petrol bombs outside the High Court and the Court of Final Appeal, damaging government property and seriously challenging the spirit of the rule of law.

The Police appeal to protestors to express their views in a peaceful manner and warn the rioters to stop all illegal acts.

The cases are now classified as “Arson” and will be investigated by Central District Investigation Team.

【⚠️校園保安要留心 · 危險物品要睇緊☠】

早前警方接獲報案，指校園內有危險品被盜，而在及後的拘捕行動中，更懷疑有人利用本身的專業知識及非法取得的原材料去製造炸彈。

對於有人可能利用職權之便，取得危險品作非法用途，警方在此提醒相關持份者應提高警覺，履行監管責任，定時檢查實驗室危險品的保安和庫存量，以免被不法之徒有機可乘。

警方再一次提醒大家，根據香港法例第200章「刑事罪行條例」第 53 條，「導致相當可能會危害生命或財產的爆炸」罪是嚴重罪行，一經定罪可判處終身監禁。

The Police have recently received reports of dangerous goods stolen from schools. During our subsequent operation, an arrested person was suspected of using his own professional knowledge and unlawfully-obtained raw materials to make bombs.

The Police are aware that some people may have abused their authority to obtain dangerous goods for unlawful purposes and thus remind all relevant stakeholders to stay vigilant, to perform their supervisory duties and to check on the inventory and storage of dangerous goods regularly. This prevents the goods from falling into the hands of law-breakers.

Police remind you all again that according to section 53 of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap. 200, Laws of Hong Kong, “Causing Explosion Likely to Endanger Life or Property” is a serious offence which carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.

【再一次澄清！警察沒有插贓嫁禍】

網上有謠言指，警方昨日(2019-12-15)在沙田新城市廣場插贓嫁禍，將一個鎚仔用腳掃向被捕人身旁，警方澄清絕無此事。

事實是當時有路過市民目睹被捕人被警察追捕時，掉下一個鎚仔。市民於是用腳把鎚仔踢向警察方向並向警察交待目擊經過，以便警方取證。

Online rumours allege that the Police intentionally kicked a hammer to the side of an arrested person to plant evidence in Sha Tin New Town Plaza yesterday (2019-12-15). We must clarify that this is certainly false.

The truth is that a passer-by saw the arrested person dropping a hammer when he was being chased by Police officers. The passer-by then kicked the hammer to the side of the Police for the Police to collect evidence and reported the situation.

明年底將立23條？一場黑暴，揭示了外力亂港之弊，23條立法再為社會所關注。《HK01》引建制消息指出，本於三大考量，中央將於明年立會選舉後出招立法！香港現今一片亂象，你又支持立23條嗎？

有鑑港騷亂涉外力
該名建制人士點出了三大理由，令中央有決心在明年年底立法。其一是這次反修例騷亂，中央認為有外力挑撥煽動，為堵漏必須立23條。其二是香港再難重歸昔日之景，儘管未有大規模暴力事件，零星衝突卻不絕，既然情況已是最壞，倒不如借機了卻立法心頭事。其三是林鄭此刻再無民望可言，某程度上是再無大顧慮，自然是推動立法的最佳人選。

對於有指在當前局勢，中央真的敢有大動作？該建制人士則再提出香港局勢已成定局，還有甚麼不敢去觸碰？更認為對港策略會是「翻天覆地」的改變。

近半年香港內憂外患，內有黑暴，外有美英之流搞搞震，其中美國更訂立《香港人權與民主法案》，公然插手港務，試問23條不立，豈能杜絕勾連之事呢？

於近期示威中，經常都有暴力私刑及「藏有攻擊性武器」的案件。警方擔心有人會將武器帶到公眾活動，以破壞公共安全。為預防這些案件，警方會採取積極執法行動。就最近數宗有關的法庭案件，警方有以下訊息。

In recent protests, some rioters take the law into their own hands and are often found in possession of offensive weapons. The Police are concerned that such dangerous weapons will be used in mass events to threaten public safety. 【年近歲晚 • 提防扒手及爆竊】

昨日（2020-01-17)，警方與西貢區及油尖旺區撲滅罪行委員會委員，一同於社區派發防罪傳單及月曆，呼籲市民提防扒手及爆竊。

在人多的地方或乘搭公共交通公具時，市民要特別小心保管財物。歲晚將至，市民亦要注重家居保安，鎖好門窗及安裝合適的防盜設施，不要讓賊人有機可乘。

Police officers and members of the Sai Kung District Fight Crime Committee and Yau Tsim Mong District Fight Crime Committee distributed crime prevention leaflets and calendars to local communities yesterday (2020-01-17) in an effort to raise public awareness of theft and burglary.

Citizens are advised to keep a close watch on their personal belongings especially on public transport and places filled with crowds. As Lunar New Year is just around the corner, all are reminded to pay particular attention to domestic security by keeping windows and doors locked and installing appropriate anti-theft devices. Don’t fall prey to thieves!

【一名警務人員懷疑感染2019冠狀病毒病】

昨日（20日），有一名48歲男性警務人員經測試後初步對「2019冠狀病毒病」病毒呈陽性反應。該名警員與太太居於油塘紀律部隊宿舍油美苑潤美閣，駐守北角分區，現時負責東區警區防暴隊工作。

過去14日，該警員並沒有外遊記錄，並於2月17和18日休假。他在18日身體不適，在西環一間中醫診所求醫。翌日（19日），警員再到政府診所求醫，20日經初步測試後對「2019冠狀病毒病」病毒呈陽性反應。

警方高度關注事件，積極配合衞生署進行病理學追蹤，包括主動提供該名警員過去14日的工作記錄和執勤表等資料。

根據衞生署的專業意見，鑑於同事於18日出現病徵，警隊正積極追查患病同事過往14日，即2月4至18日的工作和生活記錄，包括經常出沒的地點，是否與市民有接觸或參與私人聚會等。

根據警方初步資料，該同事在2月4至16日期間，主要在柴灣、北角及香港仔執行警務工作。

此外，警員18日晚曾在西環一家食肆與另外59名警務人員聚餐。根據衞生署的專業意見，該59名人士被界定為密切接觸者，須接受檢疫。

該59名密切接觸者當中，有36人於昨晚（20日）在香港仔分區執勤。警方得悉事件後，已經即時安排所有同事立即停止警務工作，避免與市民接觸，回家等候檢疫安排。

另外23人分別駐守港島總區不同警區及商業罪案調查科。警方已經聯絡所有人士，避免與公眾接觸，回家等候檢疫安排。警方和衞生署正積極瞭解所有密切接觸者過去的警務工作，包括是否曾與公眾接觸。

根據衞生署的專業意見，與該警員一同駐守東區警區的防暴隊人員，現階段不界定為密切接觸者。基於公共衞生考慮，警方已經即時要求相關同事在家自行檢疫，避免與市民接觸。

目前為止，根據衞生署的評估，其他曾經與確診警員有接觸的市民不被界定為密切接觸者。

因應衞生署的專業意見，警方現正：
一）全面配合衞生署檢疫59名同事的相關工作；
二）進一步追查確診同事過去14日的工作詳情；
三）消毒相關警察設施、警車和有關紀律部隊宿舍，包括使用1:49漂白水消毒公共地方和用75%酒精消毒電梯和金屬表面；
四）確保前線同事獲派發相應保護裝備，並再次提醒需要與市民接觸的警務人員，注意個人衞生，減低病毒傳染風險；
五）提醒同事，留意自身健康狀況，如有任何不適，需立即呈報並求醫；
六）協助確診同事的醫療和福利事宜；以及
七）靈活調派警力，確保相關警區提供的緊急服務不受影響。
