Modest Mouse – Float On
"I backed my car into a cop car the other day
Well, he just drove off, sometimes life's okay
I ran my mouth off a bit too much, oh, what did I say?
Well, you just laughed it off, it was all okay"
Chelsea Dan and I braved the elements to cover an incredibly significant chapter within British industry. The #RoyalSmallArms Factory (#EnfieldIslandVillage) armed the British/Empire across the world for centuries. Join us as we discuss its pubs & former glory. @BritainsPubs @lostandlivingpubs
True love, never dies..
In a feminised world, men and women alike don't see good people as good people, but vessels in which to capitalise.
A billion people could imagine heroically saving a persons life, but ultimately, their importance is non-existent to that of the few, or the individual who actually carries it out. Actions, in every way, outweigh the wishes and false promises of an infinity of time wasters.
How can anyone look at modern fashion and honestly say that we look or behave better as a result of "progressive" thinking. As with many words, the concept of progress has been subverted. Schoolchildren of the past look smarter than adults today. That's not opinion. It's fact.
It's a humbling realisation to ponder over the fact that if we'd never been born, the chances are the very homes, streets, views and even people that mean so much to us would have each ticked along as if a clock without our cog.
Someone call the vet, this swans clearly sick..
Worthy women are the true brawn behind the strongest of males.
Feminism doesn't even protect women from a savage death, but instead creates a false sense of entitlement and resentment towards the very men who'd protect them.
The truth is, men who struggle to let go of cruel women don't do so purely because of weakness, but due to a primaeval loyalty, mixed with the shameful, hurtful thought that the thing they love most will one day belong to someone else.
