Pin Messages in Channels To create one of these, go to Settings or a Chat Info page, click Edit > click the Profile Picture > select Sticker or Emoji. Telegram gives you an option where you can select who can see your last seen time. To configure this, go to βSettingsβ, βPrivacy and Securityβ and then tap on βLast Seen & Onlineβ. You can share it with everybody, or people in your contact list, or nobody, or add exceptions like βnever share withβ XYZ.
Itβs that simple. Open the chat and find the attachment button at the bottom of the chat. Then, click on Location and choose to βShare my live locationβ with your custom time period. Telegram allows you to manage the device storage: you can choose to delete media (photos, videos, and other files) shared on the app. All files will be deleted from your device after the specified duration, but they will stay in the Telegram cloud forever, so you can re-download them when you need them again. There is also an option to delete the cache and local database. You can use this to, for example, keep your personal and professional lives separate on Telegram without having to use another messenger app. Edit Sent Messages
Edit Photos/Videos Before Sending Them Telegram also supports hashtags. If you tap a hashtag, you can search across all of your activate chats for it. This makes it easy to find messages in the future or categorize information for yourself. When sending large files shared from another app on iOS, you can now watch an animated progress bar to find out if you have enough time for a tea or if you should stick with espresso. Launch the Telegram app on your iPhone or Android device -> navigate to the Settings and choose Devices.
Send uncompressed file Telegram lacks the Stories feature of some competing messaging apps which lets you post images or short videos without messaging a contact directly. Admittedly it isnβt an essential feature for most people.
