If you want to see all the messages in one location, you can just tap on the hashtag and all the messages with that hashtag will come up. Telegram just offers a good marriage of popularity and security for those with concerns over other messaging apps. Similar options are available for sharing your phone number and profile photo. You can also select who can add a link to your account when forwarding messages, who can call you, and who can add you in groups. This kind of feature can make conversations more orderly while increasing the value of each individual message. You can enable this option from the “Group Permission” section.
