We have noticed that a lot of our community members have not been following the KYC verification process correctly. As a result, we have been forced to reject a lot of submissions.
In order to help our community members, we have published a simple step-by-step guide which explains all the steps required to successfully complete KYC on your My T Wallet app.
Keep in mind the following points while clicking the photograph for KYC:
1. You have to hold your Passport/ID card and a paper containing your details
2. The paper should contain
- Name
- Registered email

1. Hold your ID card or Passport and the piece of paper in a way such that all information is clearly visible
2. The paper should contain your name, your email ID, the current date, and the words “My-T Wallet” in big, clear letters
3. Make sure that your entire face is also visible in the photograph
4. Please don’t wear any spectacles/sunglasses or cap/hat while clicking this photograph

1. Hold your ID card or Passport and the piece of paper in a way such that all information is clearly visible
2. The paper should contain your name, your email ID, the current date, and the words “My-T Wallet” in big, clear letters
3. Make sure that your entire face is also visible in the photograph
4. Please don’t wear any spectacles/sunglasses or cap/hat while clicking this photograph
