Telegram offers you to create and use your own custom theme with whatever colors you want. Also, it offers many ways to customize it the way you want it to. There is nothing to pay for anything. Everything is FREE and you can create your own personalized theme with your favorite colors. Telegram users will now be able to press and hold any items in the list to reorder them and change their priority – downloading the top file first. This is incredibly useful for keeping track of an important URL, getting an image to another device without cloud storage, or keeping a record of important information.
