You can only edit messages up to 48 hours of sending them (forever if the messages are posted in your “Saved Messages” chat). Say, for instance, if you choose the time interval to be 15 seconds, after sending one message, the group member will have to wait 15 seconds to send another message. Just hold the “send” button in any chat and choose “Schedule Message” to automatically send content at a specified time in the future.
