Have you ever needed to change your phone number but worried about transferring all your contacts and other information to the new number? While this can be a lot of work, Telegram does it all for you. You can easily change the phone number attached to your account without losing any of your chats or contacts. To do this, choose the items you want to send and tap on the three-dot menu. Now select “send without compression”, and you are good to go. Telegram offers plenty of options for customization to make the app feel like a truly personal experience. Here is the list of interface element you can change:

delete sender's message @RateStickerBot – allows you to rate random stickers and discover new sticker sets. This means you can start typing a message on your mobile and continue on your desktop. The draft will remain in the editing area on all sync devices until it is sent or deleted. To change your default folder, press and hold a folder in your chat list > Reorder > and drag your preferred folder to the first space.

Owners of public groups can enable join requests via Group Info > Edit > Group Type > Who Can Send Messages > select Only Members > enable Approve New Members.

Let’s say you have enabled the “Slow Mode” and set an interval of 1 minute. Now members in the group can only send one message per minute. A timer will show them how long they have to wait before sending the next message. Possibly the biggest disadvantage Telegram has over more popular messages is simply that: popularity. Despite its hundreds of millions of fans, Telegram is still leagues behind WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and WeChat in active monthly users.
