Victim of rash driving private bus

Good day people of Reddit , as the title says I’ve been recently involved in a minor road accident involving a dent to my car;

All because the oncoming idiot bus driver couldn’t bother slowing down while taking a turn on a bend road . I was literally trapped in the bend cuz of this mfer since he gave me no room to go . Just my luck fml😭

Anyways fast forward after a clash of words and obtaining information between this idiot driver ( claiming it’s my fault ) and conductor ( claimed he’s got dash cam footage ) . I argued to show me the footage then and there to which the conductor started opening random apps and contacts on his phone and wasting time ( seemed to me like an excuse to get out of the situation quickly because the bus was packed with passengers and town people started gathering ) the conductor gave his info and had left the scene saying we are causing traffic .

One day later, They never sent me the cam footage and upon calling them they acted like they don’t seem to remember causing a dent on the car and acted like I exaggerated the damage . I’ve only managed took pictures of my car with the buses paint scraped on my car. So I’m kinda pissed to even talk to such kinda people .

The repair cost of the dent roughly estimates upto 7k.

So I was wondering what action can I take against the bus drivers rash driving without wasting much of my time running behind this ,since I cannot afford to waste my time running behind this.
