Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya spoke about the march in honor of the People's Ultimatum.

“Today the Belarusians showed the regime that peaceful protest is a constant creative force. We are ready to give our word and make good on it. The Belarusians have stated the People's Ultimatum and the numbers on today's march are the best evidence that the will of the people works and that it is undeniable.

The regime has once again shown that violence is the only thing it's capable of. But setting off flashbangs in the crowd and under the windows of a maternity hospital is not strength. The regime isn't ready to speak the truth, make good on its words, and meet the people's demands. This means that this regime isn't worth the Belarusian nation. This means that the regime is losing power.”
British streaming portal Netflix is filming a documentary about the political protests in the Republic of Belarus, which began after the presidential elections on August 9 and continue to this day. This was announced by Franak Vyachorka, adviser to the former presidential candidate of Belarus Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya on international affairs, on his Telegram channel:

“The British film crew has been filming the project for two months. The heroes of the picture will be demonstrators, the Coordination Council and Svetlana Tsikhanouskaya herself. Filming takes place in Minsk, Kiev and Vilnius. Vyachorka also noted that the members of the film crew had already been detained,” the message informs.
