According to human rights advocates, at least 38 people (including journalists) were detained at today's marches of women and university students.

Earlier this morning, the biggest white-red-white flag was spotted on “Kaskad” residence building in Minsk. The size of the flag is 71x36 sq. m. (2556 sq. m. in total).

“I really miss my family. I didn't like the name Sergei before: everyone was Sergei. But I grew to like it. And when your loved ones call you ‘Seryozha,’ it makes you almost melt. But the name ‘Sveta’ wasn't the best for me... But now that it gained a new meaning: president Sveta, a warrior of light (‘Sveta’ can be translated as ‘of light’ - translator's remark) - now I think it is one of the luckiest,” Tsikhanousky wrote.
