To mute a chat in Telegram, head over to the chat in question. Next, tap the name at the top and then hit the mute button. Tap your profile picture here to see everything you've uploaded in the past. However, if your channel is very large, it might become difficult to broadcast a message which is ready by everyone before it is lost in other messages. To solve this problem, you can pin messages inside a Channel. To pin a message, just tap on it and tap on Pin. Now the message will always be on top before the reader removes them. With the ability to send files up to 2 GB (or 4 GB), users can easily share large media items from other apps directly to Telegram on any mobile platform. This saves both time and storage space – so you don't have to save the file before sending it in Telegram.

Additionally, subscribers can enable a setting in Privacy and Security to automatically archive and mute new chats, helping organize even the busiest chat lists. There are many cloud services to select from; each has its own features and costs. Telegram has embraced this functionality in a unique way.
