Telegram offers plenty of options for customization to make the app feel like a truly personal experience. If the owner updates the theme, everyone using it through that link will see the changes. Long-press on a theme and choose Share to make it available to others.

As mentioned above, the use of usernames instead of phone numbers means your account isn’t tied to just one phone.
