Lock Your Chats Telegram is a free instant-app service founded by people behind VK, which is Russia’s biggest social networking site, primarily focused on speed and user privacy. This means you can access them from any connected device, making Telegram much more multi-platform friendly than other chat apps like WhatsApp.
