Q/ 70 years old male patient presented to the OPD with 6 month bistory of anorexia, weight loss and dull upper abdominal pain radiating to the back. Clinical examination reveals deep pandice and a palpable globular mass at the right hypochondrium. The mass has smooth surface moves down with respiration. The most likely diagnosis is:
Courvoisier's law or Courvoisier's sign. It means that you have jaundice and a gallbladder that is enlarged but is not painful.
