It is not possible to deliver 400 tons of food and medicine from RA to Artsakh every day.
1 child is in the neonatal and intensive care units, 7 patients are in the intensive care unit, 3 are in critical condition. During this period, 135 Armenians and 4 foreigners in need of emergency medical care were transferred to RA through the mediation of the Red Cross. One of the patients died in Artsakh.
Azerbaijan has blocked the only gas pipeline feeding Artsakh from Armenia. Fan power outages are carried out 6 times a day for 1 hour. There is a food coupon system.
Artsakh is under siege.

❗ According to the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh, at around 10:00 a.m. on March 5, a sabotage group of the Azerbaijani armed forces targeted and opened fire on the shift car of the staff of the Police Passport and Visa Department.
3 police officers were killed as a result of subversive infiltration (lieutenant colonel Armen Babayan, major Davit Danielyan,
