“if my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV

What we learn from this is that no matter what we have been through and even done when we asked for forgiveness and repent, God actually forgets about our past and treats us like a new born baby(2Cor5:17). So we have to understand this part of God and make sure that we understand that when we receive Christ we need not to use our old problems to hinder us from receiving what God has for us.

“Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”
Mark 11:24 KJV

What we learn from this is that whatever we pray for as long as we have faith we will surely receive and that the reason we don’t receive things we pray for is simply because we don’t have faith. That Jesus said we can say to a mountain be moved from here and it’ll be moved as long we have faith(Mark11:23). I have learned that i should have faith no matter the situation.

“Then Jesus said to them, “Give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s.” And they were amazed at him.”
Mark 12:17 NIV

What we learn from this is that even though we are christians whose lives revolve around Christ, we should be able to balance it in a form where it doesn’t look like we are in Christ in vain. For instance, if i was in school i should be able to study my books and academic materials aside all my religious activities like going to church, praying and even studying the word. This actually brings a balance in the way i do my things hence efficiency in both sides.

" James 1:3 NKJV
[3] Knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.

Sometimes we, Christians, find ourselves in really tough situations and wonder if the Lord is truly on our side. But this scripture reminds us that our faith needs to be tested to develop patience within us. So, with this scripture in mind, we can find hope in knowing that the challenges we face are part of God's plan to cultivate patience in us. It doesn't mean we shouldn't pray about our circumstances, but rather, we should hold onto our faith, knowing that in the end, patience will be the result.

Amen."
One thing that sticks out in christianity or vaguely speaking, life is our mindset regarding the way to move. Most people have this whole mindset of heaven is the goal and so are sticking to that where the ideal christian is the one who goes to church, reads his Bible and prays sometimes. But it shouldn’t be so but we as Christians should understand that we are children of God hence we must understand that we have to walk in the way he walked. Jesus was able to say he is like God(John10:30) only because he had become an epitome of God, If you see him you see God(John14:8-9). Yes and that’s what we are to press on that we even as children of God become like God.

John 14:26 NKJV
[26] But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.

What we learn from this is that whenever we need understanding in studying the Bible or in our academics, we can pray to the Holy Spirit for guidance. By meditating on what we don't understand, the Holy Spirit will work within us and help us gain understanding. Also we learn that when we find ourselves in certain situations the Holy spirit shows us what to do through the word and also gives us encouragement to forge ahead.
Amen. 🙏🏼

Ephesians 4:26 NIV
[26] “In your anger do not sin”: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry.

Sometimes, we all get angry, and that’s okay because we’re only human. But it’s crucial not to let our anger lead us to sin. For instance, when someone makes us angry, we shouldn’t resort to insulting or fighting them. Those actions are considered sinful. Instead, we can choose to step away from the situation and give ourselves time to cool down. Also we learn that we should not hold onto anger throughout the day. We should strive to forgive and forget before the day ends.
Amen.

Romans 12:21 NIV
[21] Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

From this scripture we are admonished to avoid repaying evil for evil but rather repay evil with good. It says,” do not be overcome by evil” meaning we shouldn’t allow the evil deeds of others to seep into us that we become like them; “but overcome evil with good” meaning we should use goodness to overshadow their evil deeds. This will weigh on their conscience and maybe even cause them to change. Some would even be intimidated by you because they just can’t understand such an attitude. Fight negativity with niceties.
Amen🙏

John 15:1 - 2 NIV

[1] “I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. [2] He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.

“When we come into Christ, there is supposed to be a change in our lives where we begin to walk in the steps of Christ. This change is gradual and is considered as bearing fruits. Galatians Chapter 5:22 talks about the fruits of the Spirit. Now, from this scripture, we learn that if we are not bearing fruits, we will be cut off. This means that if we refuse to conform to the changes brought to us by the spirit, we will be disconnected from Him. On the other hand, it says that those who bear fruits will be pruned so that they can bear more fruits. We understand pruning as the removal of unwanted parts of a plant so that it can bear more fruits. Therefore, when we are pruned, we are being transformed more into the likeness of Jesus by gradually removing “unwanted” habits, so that we will be able to bear more fruits in Christ.”
