I don't like to talk about myself as if I have a sense of self-importance (`ujb). I seek refuge in Allah from that.

However, because of the circumstances, I have to note that these Zionists forces have targeted me for a reason. For those who may not be aware, the ADL is a very powerful group of extremist Zionists. The richest people on earth like Elon Musk bend the knee for them. That they would target me personally by name is surprising.

Now, I am not going to bend the knee bi idhnillah. But I am like a canary in a coal mine for Muslims online.

Obviously, what I write and speak about has been deemed as being on the "edge" of what is acceptable. As long as I'm allowed on social media, other duat can feel comfortable knowing that, as long as they don't go close to the edge where I am, then their channels are safe.

But if I'm taken out, then the "edge" will be redefined, and all the duat and imams who felt they were comfortably within the bounds of what is allowed to be said will find themselves on a newly-drawn red line, a new edge. Let me tell you, it is not a comfortable place to be. Because, when you're on that edge, you never know if what you write or say is crossing that line or not.

This is how the enemies of Islam and Palestine continue to control the narrative. They keep moving the line to make any support of Palestine and Islamic beliefs and values unacceptable. We have to dig our heels in and say enough is enough.

To help against this, you can post against the ADL labeling me an extremist. Even if you disagree with me and hate my guts, the ADL is attacking me for my defense of Palestine and my offensive critiques against the beliefs of their oppressors. Presumably all real Muslims understand the importance of this fight against the oppressors of, not only our Palestinian brothers and sisters, but of the whole Ummah.

The Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Shaykh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al Al-Shaykh حفظه الله resolves the controversy regarding paying Zakat al-Fitr in cash

He confirmed that giving Zakat al-Fitr in money is not sufficient because that is contrary to the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم and the Rightly Guided Caliphs, who used to pay it from food.

The Grand Mufti of the Kingdom said: “Zakat al-Fitr is paid from human food, such as wheat, rice, raisins, aqat, and other things. It is obligatory for the Muslim in the place where he meets sunset on the last day of Ramadan. It is also permissible to pay it a day or two before the Eid.”

He added: “It can begin to be paid from the 28th of Ramadan or the 29th of the holy month, and Zakat al-Fitr must be delivered to the hands of the poor in need, or given to those whom they have appointed to receive it.”

He added: “Zakat al-Fitr has been prescribed for all Muslims, males and females, old and young, free and slaves, as a saa’ of food, based on the two Sahihs from the hadith of Ibn Umar رضي الله عنه who said that the Messenger of God, صلى الله عليه وسلم, imposed zakat al-fitr in Ramadan as a saa’ of dates or a saa’ of barley on the young and the old, the male and the female, the free and the slave among the Muslims.” A person pays it for himself and those he supports, including his wife and children.
