Battle of Badr - First Battle in ⁦ #Islam⁩

‎Today is the 17th of⁦ #Ramadan, the anniversary of the epic Battle of Badr when 313 Companions of the⁦ #ProphetMuhammad⁩ ﷺ defeated a powerful army of 1000 from the Quraish of Makkah.

‎"Indeed, Allah made you victorious at Badr when you were vastly outnumbered. So be mindful of Allah, perhaps you will be grateful." - Qur'an 3:123

‎غزوة بدر - أول معركة في الإسلام: وقعت غزوة بدر في صبيحة يوم الاثنين 17/ رمضان/2هـ، والذي يصادف يوم السبت 8 أبريل/نيسان من العام الجاري 2023. وقد خرج من المسلمين بقيادة الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام ثلاثمائة وبضعة عشر رجلا، منهم من الأنصار بضع وأربعين ومائتين، ولم يكن معهم إلا (2) فرسان، وسبعون بعيرا يتعاقبون على ركوبها. و انتصر المسلمون رغم قلة عددهم على جيشٍ قوي مكون من ألف مقاتل من قريش مكة.

‎جنگ بدر - اسلام کی پہلی جنگ: آج 17 رمضان المبارک ہے، غزوہ بدر کی برسی ہے جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے 313 صحابہ نے قریش مکہ کے 1000 افراد کی ایک طاقتور فوج کو شکست دی۔

It was narrated from 'Aishah that she said:

"O Messenger of Allah, what do you think I should say in my supplication, if I come upon Laylatul-Qadr?" He said: "Say: 'Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul-'afwa, fa'fu 'anni (O Allah, You are Forgiving and love forgiveness, so forgive me).'"

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ كَهْمَسِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ وَافَقْتُ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ مَا أَدْعُو قَالَ ‏ "‏ تَقُولِينَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Dua Request

"Asalam Alaykum, As we enter the first odd nights, please remember me in your supplications more specifically to find a righteous spouse and righteous home. Remembering the Hadith of the beloved ﷺ, when one prays for another, the angels say the same for them.

May Allah accept all your duas and prayers, and may He include us all among those who are forgiven."

ADL DOUBLE STANDARDS

In their "glossary of extremism and hate," the ADL has many entries related to Islam, Christians, and other political groups.

Yet, there is not a single entry related to Jewish extremism. Is this because the ADL believes that only Muslim, Christians, and other groups can be extremists, but not Jews?

If the ADL is having trouble finding Jewish extremists, maybe they can open up social media to see all the Jewish people calling for "wiping Palestine off the map," "starving Palestinians to death," etc. Or how about start with Ben Shapiro and his radicalism?
