Take up various jobs, learn different skills, build your passion.

People like me who want to build something bigger than life.

If you’re chasing comfort, balance, and freedom, that’s okay.
Then this kind of hustle won’t make sense for you.

This is only for the ones a little cracked in the head who think they can change the world.

So for that kind, your 20s are your best shot.

When you just start something, even achieving the little stuff is a dream.

When we started, there were 3 people in the team working from one room in my flat here in Mumbai.

Research, shoot, edit, everything happened in that small 10 feet by 12 feet room.

We still used to make it work. Hell, we still used to thrive in whatever we did.

Then we grew a little and took an office.
It felt magical when the realisation hit that we could afford an office now.

My team’s only ask at that point was, can we please have two washrooms in the new space?

Seems very small, right? Well, it was a big deal, but we made it happen.

Coming to today, the office we have looked so big when we came here six months ago. But now, it feels so small in front of our team size.

So again, we are in search of a new, bigger space, and a new team member said, “There should be different floors; it makes it more convenient”

It’s just unbelievable to think that we started from wanting just another washroom, and now it’s come to more floors.

Little by little, brick by brick, we built this company, and nothing makes me happier than seeing the team getting bigger and bigger.

Make the best of your circumstances.
No one started with a lot, they just worked a lot.

When you choose to give everything you have, you’ll achieve way more than you imagined.

If you feel like giving up, then this is for you.

You might feel stuck.
Like nothing is working.
No one values what you do.

You’re putting in all this effort, but the results just aren’t showing.

This is where most people quit.
But the ones who win aren’t the smartest, the luckiest, or the most talented. They’re the ones who refuse to stop.

I started my business when I was 16, and since then till now, I have learnt that you haven’t lost till you've given up. As long as you keep working at it every single day, you have a chance to win.

Because success doesn’t come easily. It demands that you show up even when you feel like nothing is working.

And then, one day out of nowhere, that one big opportunity will show up.
And once the first door opens, they keep coming.

You have a long way to go, but it’s all going to be worth it.

So work harder than ever, give it everything you have, and be patient.
Success will find you.
