Telegram offers a few other handy options in chats. You can delete any message by long-pressing it, then hitting the Trash icon that appears. Once you do that, you will find additional options to “unlock the app with fingerprint” and “auto-lock” it after a specific duration. You can also customize your chat background image in “Chat Background” in Chat Settings. This kind of feature can make conversations more orderly while increasing the value of each individual message. You can enable this option from the “Group Permission” section. Just press and hold on the message you want to change and then tap the “edit” button. From there, you can modify the message and resend it.
