β It is an intermediate-range ballistic missile.
β The launch of this Agni-4 was carried out from the Integrated Test Range in Odishaβs Chandipur.
β The launch successfully validated all operational and technical parameters. It was conducted under the aegis of the Strategic Forces Command, a part of India's Nuclear Command Authority (NCA).

πPradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana :
β PMMSY is designed to address critical gaps in fish production and productivity, quality, technology, post-harvest infrastructure and management, modernization and strengthening of value chain, traceability, establishing a robust fisheries management framework and fishersβ welfare.
β Target: Enhance fish production by an additional 70 lakh tonne by 2024-25, increasing fisheries export earnings to Rs.1 lakh crores by 2024-25, doubling of incomes of fishers and fish farmers, reducing post-harvest losses from 20-25% to about 10% and generation of additional 55 lakhs direct and indirect gainful employment opportunities in fisheries sector and allied activities.
β Approach: βCluster or Area based approachesβ and creation of Fisheries clusters through backward and forward linkages.
β Nature of Scheme: PMMSY is an umbrella scheme with two separate Components namely (a) Central Sector Scheme (CS) and (b) Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS).
β Funding Pattern: Central Sector Component: 100% funding by Centre; Centrally sponsored component: 60: 40 (in case of North Eastern and Himalayan States: 90:10).
β Nodal Ministry : Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying.
