Open Telegram app -> Settings -> Privacy and Security. You can choose to share either your current or your live location. Send My Current Location will provide a one-time update about where you are. To lock your messages, go to “Settings”, “Privacy and Security” and tap on “Passcode Lock”. You will be asked to set a four-digit passcode and confirm it.
