*हिंदू समाज के लिए *फांसी* *का फंदा, कुछ एक लोगों को इस बिल के बारे में पता होगा, 2011 में इस बिल की रुप रेखा को सोनिया गाँधी की विशेष टीम ने बनाया था जिसे NAC भी कहते थे, इस टीम में दर्जन भर से ज्यादा सदस्य थे और सब वही थे जिन्हें आजकल अर्बन नक्सली कहा जाता है.. कांग्रेस का कहना था की इस बिल के जरिये वो देश में होने वाले दंगों को रोकेंगे। अब इस बिल में कई प्रावधानो पर जरा नजर डालिए :--*

*📌 इस बिल में प्रावधान था कि दंगों के दौरान दर्ज अल्पसंख्यक से सम्बंधित किसी भी मामले में सुनवाई कोई हिंदू जज नहीं कर सकता था ।*

*📌 अगर कोई अल्पसंख्यक सिर्फ यह आरोप लगा दे कि मुझसे भेदभाव किया गया है तो पुलिस को अधिकार था कि आपके पक्ष को सुने बिना आपको जेल में डालने का हक होगा और इन केसों में जज भी अल्पसंख्यक ही होगा..*

*📌 इस बिल में ये प्रावधान किया गया था कि कोई भी हिन्दू दंगों के दौरान हिंसा, आगजनी, तोड़फोड़*
*के लिये अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के विरुद्ध केस दर्ज नहीं करवा सकता ।*

*📌 इस बिल में प्रावधान किया गया था कि अगर कोई अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय का व्यक्ति हिन्दू पर हिंसा, आगजनी, तोड़फोड़, हत्या का आरोप लगाता है तो कोर्ट में साक्ष्य पेश करने की जिम्मेदारी उसकी नहीं है केवल मुकदमा दर्ज करवा देना ही काफ़ी है । बल्कि कोर्ट में निर्दोष साबित होने की जिम्मेदारी उस व्यक्ति की है जिस पर आरोप लगाया गया है ।*

*📌 इस बिल में ये प्रावधान किया गया था कि दंगों के दौरान अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय को हुए किसी भी प्रकार के नुकसान के लिए बहुसंख्यक को जिम्मेदार मानते हुए अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के नुकसान की भरपाई हिंदू से की जाए । जबकि बहुसंख्यक के नुकसान के लिए अल्पसंख्यक को जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराया जा सकता था ।*

*📌 अगर आपके घर में कोई कमरा खाली है और कोई मुस्लिम आपके घर आता है उसे किराए पर मांगने के लिए तो आप उसे कमरा देने से इंकार नहीं कर सकते थे क्योंकि उसे बस इतना ही कहना था कि आपने उसे मुसलमान होने की वजह से कमरा देने से मना कर दिया यानि आपकी बहन बेटी को छेड़ने वाले किसी अल्पसंख्यक के खिलाफ भी हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते थे।
मतलब कि अगर कोई छेड़े तो छेड़ते रहने दो वर्ना वो आपके खिलाफ कुछ भी आरोप लगा देता….. आपकी सीधी गिरफ़्तारी और ऊपर से जज भी अल्पसंख्यक..*

*📌 देश के किसी भी हिस्से में दंगा होता, चाहे वो मुस्लिम बहुल इलाका ही क्यों न हो, दंगा चाहे कोई भी शुरू करता पर दंगे के लिए उस इलाके के वयस्क हिन्दू पुरुषों को ही दोषी माना जाता और उनके खिलाफ केस दर्ज कर जांचें शुरू होती।
और इस स्थिति में भी जज केवल अल्पसंख्यक ही होता ऐसे किसी भी दंगे में चाहे किसी ने भी शुरू किया हो..*

*📌अगर दंगों वाले इलाके में किसी भी हिन्दू बच्ची या हिन्दू महिला का रेप होता तो उसे रेप ही नहीं माना जाता । बहुसंख्यक है हिन्दू इसलिए उसकी महिला का रेप रेप नहीं माना जायेगा और इतना ही नहीं कोई हिन्दू महिला बलात्कार की पीड़ित हो जाती और वो शिकायत करने जाती तो अल्पसंख्यक के खिलाफ नफरत फ़ैलाने का केस उस पर अलग से डाला जाता..*
