Currently, the Secret Chat is limited to conversations between only two people and Secret Groups are not supported within Telegram.

Another great option in groups or channels is being able to pin messages. Tap a message and choose Pin to keep it at the top of the chat, where everyone can easily reference it. Public groups can now enable join requests – allowing group admins to review new members before approving them to write in the chat. Users who open the group can tap Request to Join, adding their request to a list that only admins can access. Similar options are available for sharing your phone number and profile photo. You can also select who can add a link to your account when forwarding messages, who can call you, and who can add you in groups. To save a message from elsewhere in Telegram, tap it, choose Forward, and select Saved Messages to add it instantly.
