Dear Placement Waiting Students,

The deadline for grade submission has been extended until September 27, 2018 E.C. for students who currently have “No Grade.” According to the university legislation, after September 28, 2018 E.C., any grade status marked as NG, I, or DO will automatically be changed to “F.”

What you need to do:

1. First, try to contact your course instructor.

2. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to the Department Head of the course (e.g., for History, contact the Head of the History Department).

3. If this also fails, escalate the matter to the College Dean.

If all of the above steps do not work, please fill out the form using the link below. We will then communicate directly with the university Higher Management.

👉 Note: This final step is the last resort and is only to facilitate and speed up the process. The deadline to submit this form is September 25, 2018 E.C.
