📕📘📕جملات شرطی نوع دوم

📕📘📕(second conditional)

از این نوع از جملات شرطی که مربوط به زمان حال می شوند برای چیز هایی که تا حد زیادی غیر ممکن هستند استفاده می کنیم. در این جملات زمان (tense) افعال گذشته است (اگر فعل ما یک فعل بی قاعده باشد از شکل دوم آن یعنی past tense استفاده می کنیم) و در بند نتیجه از would استفاده می کنیم.

How to make it👇

📕📕If + subject + simple past ,....in second part of it ,, subject+ would + simple verb ,, and the rest of the sentences..

If I had enough money, I would visit 80 countries

✔️اگر من به اندازه کافی پول داشتم 80 کشور را می دیدم

If I knew his name, I would tell you

✔️اگر اسمش را می دانستم به تو می گفتم

👈👈نکته دیگر در این خصوص این است که اگر ما بخواهیم در موقعیت های رسمی از افعال to be استفاده کنیم باید برای ضمایر مفرد (مثل I, It, he و she) از فعل جمع were استفاده کرد (در انگلیسی عامیانه برای افعال مفرد از was استفاده می شود).

If I were you, I would tell my parents

✔️اگر من جای تو بودم به والدینم می گفتم

‌“If I were” and the Subjunctive Mood

The phrase “if I were” is part of a very small subset of English grammatical tense called the subjunctive mood. This tense is used to talk about situations or things that are hypothetical, or that haven’t or couldn’t happen but are being considered from an academic perspective. For instance:

📕If I were king of the world, I’d give everyone one million dollars.

📘If I were a dog, I’d get to laze around all day.
If I were you, I’d go apologize to her.

The Weeknd – Too Late
No-no, no-no, no-no-no

I let you down
I led you on
I never thought I'd be here without you
Don't let me drown
Inside your arms
Bad thoughts inside my mind
When the darkness comes
You're my light, baby
My light, baby
My light when it's dark, yeah
I'm too high, baby
Too high, baby
'Cause I know right now, that I lost it (Hey)

It's way too late
To save our souls, baby
(Oh, oh, yeah)
It's way too late
We're on our own
(Baby, on my own)
I made mistakes
I did you wrong, baby
(Oh, oh, yeah)
It's way too late to save my, my-

I can't trust (I can't trust)
Where I live (Where I live)
Anymore (Anymore, anymore, anymore)
Sources say (Sources say)
That we're done (That we're done)
How would they know? ('Cause they know, 'cause they know, 'cause they know)
We're in Hell
It's disguised as a paradise with flashing lights
I just wanna believe
There's so much more (Hey, ooh, hey, hey)

It's way too late
To save our souls, baby
(Oh, oh, yeah)
It's way too late
We're on our own
(Baby, on my own)
I made mistakes
I did you wrong, baby
(Oh, oh, yeah)
It's way too late to save my, my-

And, ooh
I tell myself I should get over you
I said ooh
I know I'd rather be all over you
I'm trying, trying
But I
I just want your body
Riding slow on top of me
Girl, on top of me
I want you, babe
Ooh-ooh

It's way too late (Too late)
To save our souls, baby
(Souls, baby, oh, oh, yeah)
It's way too late (Ooh)
We're on our own
(Baby, on my own)
I made mistakes (Mistakes)
I did you wrong, baby (Ooh, baby, oh, oh, yeah)
It's way too late to save my, my
