When you use a hashtag in a message, that word becomes searchable allowing you to see all the messages relating to that topic. If you want to see all the messages in one location, you can just tap on the hashtag and all the messages with that hashtag will come up. Also, it enables you to send the current location as well. But live location is much more valuable because it’s easy to find your friend or someone in a wide range of situations.

Telegram offers two types of APIs for developers. Both are free of charge.
