In fact, Telegram has solved the issue with its Secret Chat feature. In order to protect your personal information, Telegram automatically terminates your old sessions after 6 months. The message will be sent at your preferred time.

To get going, open the Telegram app on your device. Then, head over to a chat and tap on the name of the chat at the top. To do this, choose the items you want to send and tap on the three-dot menu.
