If you ever receive any cool short audio clip like a meme sound or any hilarious sound effect (also works with the sent audio) just long-press on it and choose the “Save for Notifications” option in the popup.

Premium Telegram Premium users can pick reactions from an infinite selection of custom emoji. Users can attach up to 3 reactions per message. After a message is received, it remains in the chat for a predetermined period — you can choose times between one second and one week – before disappearing. In order to protect your personal information, Telegram automatically terminates your old sessions after 6 months.
