Law Professor Dr. Francis Boyle, Who Drafted the 1989 Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act, Claims COVID-19 mRNA Injections are Weapons of Mass Destruction

The man that drafted the Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act of 1989 says that the covid mRNA injections are "Biological Weapons".

Dr. Francis Boyle provided an affidavit in a Florida case that wants the Governor to BAN the injections.

In his new affidavit he states;
It is my expert opinion that, ‘COVID-19 nanoparticle injections’ or ‘mRNA nanoparticle injections’ or ‘COVID-19 injections meet the criteria of biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction according to Biological Weapons 18 USC § 175; Weapons and Firearms § 790.166 Fla.Stat. (2023).

Dr. Boyle stated that the COVID-19 injections violate Biological Weapons 18 USC § 175 and Weapons and Firearms § 790.166 Fla. Stat. (2023).

This affidavit was presented in a Florida case involving an Emergency Petition for a Writ of Mandamus, aiming to convince Governor DeSantis to ban the distribution of these injections in Florida. Additionally, it seeks to compel Attorney General Ashley Moody to confiscate the vials.

This morning we woke to the news of Julian Assange’s final appeal date. Britain's Judicial Office has announced that the appeal will take place on 9 and 10 July 2024.
In May, the UK High Court granted Julian the right to an appeal. The court found that a US diplomatic note was not enough to guarantee that Julian would not be discriminated against for being an Australian Citizen in relation to his freedom of expression rights.
Now a date has been set, for what will be a two-day hearing that cuts to the very core of this unprecedented attack on the human rights of not just Julian, but everyone in the United Kingdom and beyond who publishes facts about state criminality of the highest order. The UK High Court now has a chance to rule on the right side of history and stop Julian being extradited to what the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture has said would be conditions that amount to torture.
Our work has been building up to this moment and you have tirelessly supported us by calling for the US to drop the charges and release Julian. The majority of Australian people and politicians want Julian to be returned home. And, in the United States, the number of Congressional representatives calling for Julian’s case to be dropped grows steadily; House Resolution 934 continues to gather cosponsors from all sides of the House in Washington DC.
