Yesterday in the USA, in case Health Freedom Defense Fund V Carvalho, the Court found that the "Covid vaccines" do not effectively prevent spread, and only mitigate symptoms, and therefore are more akin to a medical "treatment" than a “traditional vaccine".
The plaintiffs argument was that the "Covid" vaccine does not “prevent the spread” of "COVID-19", so the vaccine mandates they were challenging, were therefore irrational.
They won their case. The Court held the mandate interfered with employees’ “fundamental right to refuse medical treatment.”
