The less they build them like they used to, the more we love the one's we've left.

People act as if those of us who say London would look far better without modernity are living a dream when, in fact, we still have a few examples that categorically prove it.

I do not deserve an opinion on the inner mechanisms of mechanical engineering because I have not spent the time to study it and I know absolutely nothing about it. Similarly, no person is "entitled" to an opinion on many more serious matters without having spent the time and effort required to properly understand them.

You know things are really at an end when even the elderly are repugnant.

#Britain and #Irelands cold and often morbid climate may not have the sun and sand of many places around the world. But, one thing we have, which the world does not, are the kind of impressive, characterful public houses that only our climates could allow.

The coldness of modernity is why modern youth have lost all warmth.

While giving my own tour, I ran into one of London's greatest tour guides while he was also conducting a tour. Joolz Guides offers a humerously innocent yet clinical view into the past. As well as being an overall good egg, he's also a man mountain who must be nearer 7 foot! I suggest and give credit to few people these days, but his videos and tours are well worth your time. My/our tours are full of nostalgic talking points and discussion of cultural significance. Jules does offer this as well but in a light hearted fashion. Give him a follow and a share and I hope to see you on one of our upcoming tours.

If you tell a person with Down's syndrome that there's something wrong with them, then they will allow their issues to take over their abilities. If you do not tell them, but treat them as normally as possible, then they'll achieve more than they'd have otherwise done thanks to developing the necessary confidence and the belief in themselves to do so. Now, apply this to yourself and the large number of people who've been told or tell us that "there's something wrong with them." We are either what we believe or what others make us believe. Only you will know if you're guilty of applying this to someone else or even to yourself. The mind is either your greatest tool or a foreboding enemy.

It's fine if she wears my underwear, but if I wear hers, it's "WEIIIIRD". Women these days, so sexist.

Be it the 1900s or the year 9000, the presentation of traditional pubs need no improvement.

It's hard to see the best in a world that's trying it's best to bring out the worst in us.
