In 1901/2, Horace Warner photographed some of the depraved living conditions of children in East #London, who he named the '#Spitalfields nippers'. The images have frozen a few souls in time, so we may forever view a time & place long since forgotten. (#UnionPlace…
The many images taken by #HoraceWarner are a vivid view into the genuine pian, harship, and, despite it all, the stoic hope of the young men and women of East #London. Look carefully at each face, and you'll see the grit, fears, and thoughts of people from a different universe.
Once the walls of our pubs heard our deepest woes and witnessed our greatest triumphs.
This is a still image from 101 Dalmatians which was made in 1961. Notice the culturally pleasing vibe in which they've deliberately created. Much has changed, across the board.
Personally, I'd love to ban #McDonalds (and others like it) from all towns and especially villages, if not nationwide. We all know that it not only tackifies the place, but encourages loitering trouble makers who's societal standards plumit alongside the quality of food.

Secondly: WASTE

You walk in, order a burger, they wrap it in paper, put it in a bag, and then hand it to you. You then turn around, take it out of the bag, out of the paper, and the whole process takes seconds. Image the litter/waste daily/yearly due to this absurd process.
I truly hope that in my work,
A memory shall live on.
And just in case you'll miss my voice,
You'll hear it when I'm gone.

You hear about the two conspiracy theorists walked into a bar? Don't try telling me that's a coincidence.
Today, the most heinous of crimes are no longer an illegality, but their exposure, opposition, or prevention is.
A coward without excuses will always run as the bravery it takes to face one's own mistakes is greater than that of opposing the most ferocious of enemies.
If you're in good shape and you deliberately train near a couple in the hope of attention simply to massage one's insecurities and emasculate a man over the love of his life, you're no role model, but the polar opposite.
In the world of modernity, it's often the case that what could, and should be one's greatest source of strength instead finds great joy in being one's deepest weakness.
At a certain point, artistic preference is but an excuse to authenticate and promote a disease in which we can all see is killing not only brilliance itself, but our perception and understanding of it.

Most of the time, when someone acts suspiciously, it's because they're doing exactly what you think they're doing..
🐕 This illustration depicts the use of 'turnspit dog' within the kitchen of a village inn/pub. The turnspit dog is an extinct short-legged, long-bodied dog that was bred especially to run on a wheel to turn meat. "Whiskey," a taxidermied turnspit dog that's kept on display at the #Abergavenny Museum in #Wales. Even in deprived, historically povertous #Bow, East #London, evidence of how wholesome the place could be is still visible. This church sits between two busy roads that are packed with buses and other forms of ugly traffic. But, here it sits, unspoilt by modernity.
