In order to centre our minds and remain focused, their will be times we have to drop everything for brief moments, in aid of cognitive rest.
Often, we allow ourself to become too engulfed in the many traps of society, when our best response should be to see such deliberate distractions as beneath us.
I will soon be taking some time to myself, as I suggest everyone does now and then. We're but vessels who will always longingly work profusely before realising one is running on empty.
Every now and then, revitalisation is necessary to refuell the engine that intends to further embark on a road of eternal difficulty. π€
