Rotherhithe has a host of history covering piracy, the docks, and much more. Please keep in mind that there's little at the station so if you get there early there's not much in the immediate vacinty until we start walking.

Have you noticed that it's always our wonderful old brickwork and tunnels that have this noncy rubbish sprayed all over it? It's never the many ugly newbuilds going up. If I had my way, this would be methodically cleaned and protected instead of being plastered with perverted symbolism and being tackified with overtly ugly colour schemes.
