Today, older generations live a paradoxical life due to the fact that they've spent decades obtaining income and assets to create a better future for those they love whilst knowing that their political naivety has created a societal war zone, that will instead, ruin their lives.

Years ago, I spent just over a week in one of the most remote places in western #Scotland, and therefore Britain. For years, I've intended to return but have wondered who'd be willing to venture so far with me into such terrain and conditions. I went with three people who, together with the scenery, made it my greatest journey to this day. Despite and thanks to the hardships and various difficulties, I learnt more about myself and my love for these lands than all of my foreign holidays combined. I have lived for a few decades, but those ten days or so still stand out firmly in my heart and mind. It's finally struck me that though there are obviously people who would go with me, and though it would be incredibly difficult, I may be better off making this trip alone just in case tomorrow never comes. β³οΈ
