I've forgotten most of my life, but I remember specific events that were profoundly good or noticeably bad. We are born with a fresh mind that's void of pain or even the concept of happiness. Life and how others treat us dictate the scars or loving memories one will inherit and carry into adulthood. I don't know what, if any happiness lays ahead, but I do know of many disgusting and cruel events that I'll never, ever forget.

Women who skip whilst holding their man's hand display a loving sense of genuine innocence brought about by a security that reminds them of their father. When I see it, I smile and wish them all the luck I can. They'll need in this rotten world of ours.
