I was taught to beware of #vermin of all kinds, especially living in and around #London. The stigma of being unhygienic has been passed onto those of us who oppose it. Not only do #rats thrive and multiply more than before, but newcomers are deliberately feeding pigeons that carry various diseases. They don't stop to notice that we don't see sparrows and birds of prey in urban areas, only vermin who especially risk the health of our elderly and children alike. The sparrows stick to the bushes and the parks, not the bridges coated in filth and their own excrement. You're not being kind to animals. You're giving opportunity to disease and even death.
