The process of training is a summary of life itself. Too many are busy staring at the success of others to ever master master the art of self-improvement.

I'm honestly more attracted to women I pass in the street than the likes of #TaylorSwift. I see better looking women serving in coffee shops than modern day celebrities. It's not all about being good looking, but the media overplays basic individuals as if they're special.
