Use These Great Telegram Features to Become a Pro In spite of this whooping figure, Telegram is way behind the world’s most popular messaging service, Whatsapp. However, it has all the potential to get over a billion active users. However, if you haven't moved beyond the basics, you're missing out on a lot of the best Telegram functionality. Below, we detail some lesser-known features of Telegram that you may have overlooked until now.

Last year, Telegram brought a unique feature that allows you to discover Telegram users and groups based on your location.
