For those who didn’t know, I’ve been in vacation from working on Unigram during the past two months. This was mostly caused by COVID-19 emergency and bad planning from my side.
Starting from today I can work on Unigram again, so you can expect an update bringing all the recently released Telegram features in the near future.

What's new:
VIDEO CALLS (alpha)
• Still work in progress, sorry.

Increased limits for sending files
• Share and store unlimited files of any type, now up to 2 GB each.

Profile Videos
• Set a Profile Video instead of a static picture.
• Apply effects and choose a key frame as the cover for your Profile Video.
• Quickly change back to a previous profile photo or video by tapping ‘Set as Main’.

Mini-thumbnails, Group Stats and More
• See what media is in a message thanks to new mini-thumbnails in the chat list, message search and notifications.
• View detailed statistics for the large groups you own.
• If you're getting too much attention, flip a switch in Privacy & Security settings to automatically archive and mute all new chats from non-contacts.
• Send a single football emoji to see if you score a goal.

• Turn on "Remain Anonymous" in an admin's Permissions to let them post on behalf of the group and become invisible in the list of members.

Channel Comments
• Comment on posts in channels that have a discussion group.
• Get notified about replies to your comments via the new Replies chat (if you are not a member of the discussion group).

• Jump between pinned messages or open them all on a separate page via the top bar.

• Send several music tracks as a playlist.
• Send a 🎰 emoji to any chat to try your luck.

In addition to all the goodies mentioned in the previous post I've been working hard to add animations to message bubbles.

You can try them out by yourself already today by following the instructions here.

Today I've released a new update for Unigram 7.2.
While this is a minor update, it actually includes few goodies that are worth mentioning:

Groups and channel stats are now fully functional
• If you're admining a channel with more than 50 subscribers or a group with more than 500 members, reach the chat profile and find "Statistics" option in ... menu.
• If you're admining a channel, you can now access messages statistics as well, by right clicking single messages and clicking on "Statistics" option.
• This also makes Unigram the only Telegram app on Windows supporting statistics.

Accessibility improvements
• Profiles are now fully accessible, including user bio, group members and shared media.
• Most settings screens are now correctly announced, including proxies list.
• Chat history has been improved as well, and available actions are now announced for media messages.

Last but not least
• Messages animations are now enabled by default.
• You can finally drag pinned chats to reorder them.
• Most of the issues found in the last update have been fixed.

Another minor update for Unigram 7.2 has been released, key features are:

Unigram direct installation is now easier than ever!
You can simply download the new setup and hit Install. No more certificates to deal with, nor complex step by step procedures to follow.

N.B.: if you're using direct installation already, the new package will be installed as a new app. You can simply uninstall the old one, just make sure to backup your themes and secret chats.
