Successful withdrawal from the βMIRβ card in Vietnam. BIDV bank gave out maximum 2M VND (~90 usd) for a transaction while taking 3% commission interest. Normally in Vietnam you can withdraw up to 5M VND and pay 1.5% commission (Visa, MasterCard)

Vietnam is celebrating the Liberation of South Vietnam by North Vietnamese on 30 April 1975 which stopped the terrifying Vietnam War.
South and North Vietnam was reunited into the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All U.S. diplomatic, military and civilian personnel were evacuated, Saigon was renamed into Ho Chi Minh City.
