Tokoin has been engaged in a lot of initiatives recently, including the Tokoin BISS DeFi Program and the TOKO Swap. The Tokoin community had a lot of questions regarding these, and Michael took time out to explain them in details.
Michael also spoke about the challenges up ahead for Tokoin, and the plans to enter the DeFi sector.

Tokoin team completed the manual swap and sent the v2 $TOKO tokens to the user wallets by yesterday.
TOKOIN TEAM NOT SENDING THE NEW TOKO TOKEN TO THE HACKER WALLETS.
All the $TOKO that you had staked earlier will be converted to $TOKO version 2 by 11th November. Staking returns will be provided to all participants based on how long the $TOKO had been staked already.
The My-T Wallet shows 2 versions of $TOKO now:
- v1 is the older and now obsolete version, and
- v2 is the new version of $TOKO.
Since the v1 $TOKO tokens are now obsolete, you can’t stake the v1 tokens anymore. Manual swapping from v1 to v2 by users is not possible either.
If you already have TOKO v2, you can participate in any of the $TOKO Staking schemes after 12 November 2020.
Please DO NOT join in TOKO Staking Program before 12 November 2020.

As you know, we have recently deployed the new Tokoin smart contract which offers enhanced security and technical features, which guarantee that your $TOKO funds are 100% safe and secure.
Now, after the old $TOKO tokens were all swapped with the new ones, we had to re-calculate the return interest on the various TOKO Staking Programs. By mistake, we ended up double counting the $TOKO return amounts.
We have burnt the double count after we noticed this error.
Team Tokoin is extremely sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused to the Tokoin community members.
Thanks for being so patient and understanding as always. We promise that we’ll put more focus into serving you better in the future🙏🏻
