I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY GO THROUGH THIS SERIOUSLY
Dear Sir,
I have made an order of Rs. 84,346/- and purchased mobile phone Samsung Ultra 22 on 08.06.2023.I have the Prime Membership of Amazon.
As per your policy, i didn't received the product on next day. When I get the product i received two vim bar instead of Mobile phone
Delivery Boy told me to inform customer care and contacted the customer care. Customer Care Service Executive, informed me to wait till 19.6.2023 she will provide me the resolution. I told her that I have stopped the delivery boy and asked her whether I need to file FIR at that time she insisted me not to file any complaint as they will provide me the resolution and let the delivery boy go.
After following up with the customer care, they are telling that they cannot give any resolution. Based on the results of their investigation, they won't be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time as the product delivered successfully.
Now they are denying to speak about anything and not taking any responsibility about the product. They are not ready to resolve these issues. Simply they are ending the call. You can cross check with all the recordings. Even I have received mail from Amazon that they will not respond me in this Matter in future.
It is clearly meant that amazon is sheltering the fraudsters.
I kindly request you to take this matter seriously. I also request you to either give genuine product or refund the amount paid.
As the Amazon is avoiding taking responsibility, and I am suffering from both economical loss as well mental agony.
I have filed police complaint in this regard.
I am taking this matter before all necessary forums, which may please be noted.
