Make room for other people's story
Means: Stop assuming we know all when it comes to mental health and start asking questions
Means: Replace our paternalism with respect for people's choices
Means: Face the stigma head on
"Close to half of us will experience one (mental illness). Even we don't ever qualify for a clinical mental health diagnosis, we still all know what its like to feel sad, worried or overwhelmed. Our bad days don't all end in hospitalization but we still all know what its like to have a bad day."

"These findings are exciting because they show that even relatively small amounts of exercise -- from one hour per week -- can deliver significant protection against depression.
"We are still trying to determine exactly why exercise can have this protective effect, but we believe it is from the combined impact of the various physical and social benefits of physical activity.
"These results highlight the great potential to integrate exercise into individual mental health plans and broader public health campaigns. If we can find ways to increase the population's level of physical activity even by a small amount, then this is likely to bring substantial physical and mental health benefits."...

We have heard about Mental Health and its Importance In our life in one way or another.
I wanted to remind you about the basic things.
🧠What is mental health?
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. This means it affects how we feel, think and act. It also determine how we handle stress, in relate to others, and how we make choices. If someone have any abnormality in what is mentioned above, they should ask for help because this means we are not mentally healthy.
For example if I have a problem of over-reacting to every little thing that happens to me and if I don't know how to control my emotions, it could be one thing that indicates I need help. Yes, this may sound a simple case and it could happen to most of us but if it happens repeatedly we should be aware that it is Not Healthy.
🧠Why is mental health Important?
I think the answer to this question is clear if we know what mental health is. As we have seen, our mental health determines:
1. How we feel ~ A mentally ill person may have imbalance in their feelings, some feel too much compared to what they are experiencing and others don't feel anything. Both of these people are a threat to themselves and to the whole society.
2. How we think~if we are not mentally healthy we can't think in the right way, no matter in what great condition our physical health is. So when we see people who are slow to understand, incapable of choosing the right thing and do not know how to make the right decision, instead of judging them let us be aware of what they are going through. We might be able to help.
3. How we act~ This could be how we treat ourselves and the people around us. We see people hurting themselves or others for reasons we consider "silly" but it is not silly to them. Their mind views their problem in a different way than what it truly is, and lead them to make decisions that seems nonsense to the other person.
🧠 It is obvious that we face this problems in our country a lot. Especially nowadays, we see people fighting for what is unworthy to the point of killing each other. Before we go to a conclusion or give our opinion saying " This tribe is evil and this one is not educated", let us consider that this people may not be mentally healthy. Whatever they had experienced in their past life may had made them to become the person they are today.
🧠These is how important mental health is. We must take mental health seriously because mental illness won't only destroy us but will also destroy everyone around us. If we understand why we act the way we act? It will be easier to find a solution for our problems.
🧠Please let us educate ourselves more on what concerns our mental health, even if we are healthy lots of our friends are not, and they absolutely need our help. If anyone here feels they need help then please ask for help its not something to be ashamed of at all. We all get sick at some point in our life, that doesn't mean we deserve it. We should get the right treatment to be healthy again.

Today is the world mental health day this are some inquiries about it
Mental health issues aren't new for us Atleast every single one of us have had experienced depression anxiety and some mental health issues related to low self esteem self doubt
I obviously don't know how you feeling what you feeling what triggers it but I can relate to some level most of us do it's not facing this what makes us weak it's just accepting defeat for those issues
What matters is not how we got to this point it's how are we willing to fight our way out of this.
Sucide was never an answer for those questions in your head but awareness and embracing your fears and pain is what will make us come out on the other side of the tunnel
It may be stressful and it may take time but there is light even in the darkest nights cause the looming night always makes room for the beaming dusk for the warmth of the sun

A sip
When our existence becomes a burden
The things we cherish into dust they turn
Within the crispy blaze our skin burn
When the lightning struck from the thunder
From it all to hide we start to run
Wondering when will it be done
To reach the light
The darkness within we fight
To clear this shadow from our sight
To make the demon inside quiet
From toxic pills we take a bite
Assuming the pieces would fall to place
The poison we start to chase
Hooked up till we feel the daze
Choking on our own breathe
Fading within this phase
Our personality we start to erase
In closed rooms we cried
To let go off the void we tried
To reach the end of the ride
Seeking the sparkles from the bright side
Weakened from the gloom spreading so wide
The same thing Over and over repeating
Sickened from the voices we hearing
With heavy sigh a leap of faith we take
Putting what’s left in stake
Maybe this loop would break
Or we would just turn in to a rake
To what’s left we hold on tight
Trusting our life would go right
Hoping it won’t stab us with a blade
Yeah it’s a blind trade
With a maybe we made
When it’s tough we‘re seeking a grave
To find a reaching hand so eager
This puzzle with them to figure
Whatever left in us so as to save
For our sake we became brave
Yeah things go sideways
But that’s life
With black and white rays
Like two side of the coin we flip
Pain and joy alternating
Like seasons changing
We may take too much of a sip
The venom may spread so deep
The wound may swell so badly
And the air becomes cloudily
But remember
To let the sun shine even the fog fades
So don’t you surrender
When the weight on your shoulder becomes heavier
Just remember you have came this far
Overthrowing the obstacles to glow like a star
Cause you’re more than what you think you are
From the suffering even though you got a big share
You made it your strength to over throw it you dare
So on yourself don’t you give up
The rope around your neck don’t you wrap it up
Don’t you prove your haters their right
For your sake for the ones who love you fight
Show them your better than what they say
No matter how rough it is you will stay
Shape yourself from the rake make your own way
Snub them prove them wrong
Yeah you are strong
No matter how it stays so long
At the end of the tunnel there will always be light
But till then in the darkness from within shine so bright

If the sun would've burnt everytime it shone perhaps if such kind of sun would've existed then it would most definitely would be her.
The excruciating pain she felt buried in her flesh, they didn't burn her away but they almost did.
She felt crushed helpless and lonely but she never said so.
No wonder the warmest smiles hide the biggest burden.
She is truly admirable.
She chose to be such kind of sun
The one who would burn to give light, the one who would always rise even on the day she wanna rest
The one who embrace us every morning.
She is no other than a mother who chose to be such kind of sun for us
The sun who would burn to give light.
