Sharing your location lets others keep an eye on your progress to a destination or help look out for your safety. In Telegram, open a chat, tap the paper clip button, and choose Location to share it. Another thing to keep in mind is that selling your data isn’t at the core of Telegram’s business model. Once you and your contact have both shared your live locations with each other, Telegram will show both parties on either map, which allows them to track each other.
