One of the worst things you can do for your health and sanity is disobey your body's circadian rhythms. A new study of airline employees shows that workers who ate after 8pm had 2x the risk of depression and 78% higher risk of anxiety compared to workers who ate before 8pm.
This attitude is worthy only of utter contempt. There are still hundreds of millions of native Europeans, an increasingly large proportion of whom are prepared to entertain ideas that were totally unacceptable and outside the mainstream a few years ago.
