Psychologist recommendation


Hi everyone,
I’m in a really tough spot and need some help. My wife has been struggling with depression, ADHD, emotional exhaustion, and it’s affecting our relationship. She’s been seeing a psychiatrist, but they haven’t addressed her issues properly. Now she’s emotionally drained and wants a divorce. It is a really short spanned marriage and she doesn't feel/remember anything about the past.

She’s agreed to try one more therapist, but this is my last chance to help her. In the past, she’s had bad experiences with therapists who pushed religious views or didn’t focus on her real problems, so it’s stressful for her to open up again.

I’m looking for highly recommended therapists who specialize in depression, ADHD, relationship issues, and trauma. Ideally, they should offer online therapy, as she lives in the UK but can visit in person once a year (including next December). A Malayalam-speaking therapist would be ideal.

Any suggestions would mean a lot. I really need to find someone who can help her before it’s too late. Thank you!

Is it okay to use soaps like Lux, Medimix etc daily for full body, including face and hair

Hey everyone,

I am a Male and I just wanted to check is it fine to use regular soaps like Lux, Medimix, etc. for daily showers, covering entire body from head to toe, including face and hair. I’m wondering if this is safe or if it might cause any skin or hair issues in the long run.

Before the shampoo became so much commercial in our country, I think people used regular soaps for cleansing the whole body.

I have heard that soap or shampoo are not a cause for hair loss or baldness. Is it a myth that regular soaps are bad for whole body or does any scientific evidence exists.

Is there anyone using it for full body cleansing. Any advice on whether these soaps are fine for daily use.
